This well-established practice has been serving the local community since 1961 and became part of the Goddard Veterinary Group in 2012. Our dedicated, long-standing team is well-known within the local community, with many pet owners popping in just to say hello when passing.

How to find us

Our Chalfont practice can be found in the picturesque village of Chalfont St Peter, just north of Gerrards Cross.

Parking and Accessibility

If you are visiting our Chalfont surgery via car, it is easily accessible from the A413, and there is free parking available on the road outside. Alternatively, bus No.353 from Amersham to Slough stops nearby or, the A30 bus from Chesham to Uxbridge stops in the village centre, only a short 10-minute walk away.

What to do in the event of an Emergency

In the event of an emergency, or if your pet is unwell outside the practice hours, then we have an emergency vet hospital that can provide urgent assistance. Our veterinary hospitals are open 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day. The closest hospital to our Chalfont St Peter practice is the Mandeville Veterinary Hospital. They can be contacted on 020 8845 5677. For your peace of mind, and continuity of care, your pet’s medical history is accessible from all of our branches, at any time.

Suzanne qualified from Bristol University in 1994 and has worked at the Chalfont St Peter Clinic for the last 19 years. Suzanne has an interest in feline medicine and soft tissue surgery. Suzanne is an Official Veterinarian [OV] which means that she is authorised to issue pet passports and complete export health certificates. Suzanne lives locally with her husband, two children and cats, Herbie and Dora the Explorer. Suzanne is a very keen vegetable gardener, spending any remaining spare time on her allotment.

Elisha joined the team at Chalfont in 2023 and has been nursing for 13 years.  She has managed multiple practices and even helped set up a practice from scratch!  Elisha has experience working in America, the Caribbean, and Borneo d and has worked with a wide range of animals including cats, dogs, bears, monkeys, reptiles and more!

Hannah completed an Animal Management Diploma in 2010 and worked at the Royal Veterinary College and Blue Cross before joining the Goddard Group in 2019. Hannah has a great passion for animal care and qualified as an RVN in 2023.   At home, Hannah enjoys horse riding in her spare time and spending time with her two pets – a sweet cat called Baby and a corn snake called Ray, who was taken on as a rescue after being found by a member of the public.

Katherine joined the practice in 2010 and currently lives on a smallholding with her husband and a small herd of sheep, chickens and ducks. She also has a dog called Mink, a cat called Magic and two rabbits. Katherine has a keen interest in geriatric patient care.

Claire joined the practice in 2009 after working for many years as a PA. Claire has owned several pets over the years and currently helps look after the family dog, horse and donkey and when not working spends time at her allotment. Claire particularly enjoys meeting all the pets and their owners and hearing about the huge variety of reasons they attend the practice.

Adrian’s background was originally in retail management and he has been involved in veterinary practice management since 1999. Adrian is Regional Manager for the eleven branches in the North West region. He lives with his wife and a menagerie of rescued waifs and strays including Spaniels Monty and Connie, five cats, and two tortoises, one of which is blind. Adrian is a keen cyclist and has masterminded several very successful charity rides for the Group, raising in excess of £30,000 over the years for good causes.
